David Wieck graduated from University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University) in 1986. He counsels clients in the areas of business, criminal and personal injury litigation. He has won favorable verdicts for clients in cases such as negligence and premises liability. David has also successfully defended individuals charged with theft, fraud, arson, assault and murder.

He has tried over seventy jury trials to verdict in Superior Courts in Washington State. David supervised a team of trial lawyers as a Senior Trial Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company before going into private practice. David also serves as an arbitrator for King County Superior Court. He is married with three children and resides in Issaquah, Washington.
