Fee Schedule: Flat Fee Legal Services for
"By-Owner" Sellers & Buyers
Level I: $595 - Up to 3 hours.
For sellers or buyers who just
want an attorney to review their transaction and answer legal questions.
Level II: $995 - up to 6 hours
For sellers or buyers who want active representation by an attorney.
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreement and other paperwork
- Review title report
- Open escrow
- Open title
Level III: - 1% of sale price for unlimited representation.
For sellers or buyers who want active representation and involvement for the duration of the transaction.
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreement and other transaction paperwork
- Review title report
- Open escrow
- Open title
- Assistance in setting sale/purchase price - critical to transaction
- Negotiation assistance
- Review escrow instructions
- Review closing documents
Level IV: - 1.5% of sale price for unlimited representation and listing in MLS.
For sellers who want active representation
and involvement for the duration of the transaction.
- List home in MLS!

This is how our simple structure works:
- We collect a non-refundable retainer from you up-front based on the level of service purchased.
- If your transaction requires more time than you purchased under your plan, we will provide additional services at your request at our normal rate.
- We will contact you and obtain your approval before we perform work beyond your purchased plan.
